To promote environmental management for the food and beverage (F&B) trade, and explore relevant new and innovative technologies, you are cordially invited to join the "FoodSmart Conference and Expo for the Food and Beverage Trade 2023" jointly organised by the Environmental Protection Department of the HKSAR and FoodSmart Partnership Programme. At this event, various industry experts will share best practices in food waste management, AI technologies for the F&B trade, sustainable food management, organic farming, environmental management technologies, and environmentally friendly tableware, etc. EcoPark will also introduce its facilities and future development, showcasing a one-stop solution for the F&B trade to achieve sustainable development.

Moreover, to ensure that the F&B trade industry is well prepared for the latest Government policies, including the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Charging Scheme and regulation on disposable plastic tableware and other plastic products, relevant briefings and exhibitions will also be held at the Event.
