This seminar is part of the Hong Kong Patent Landscape Report’s seminar series which will be presented by Dr. Kam Wah LAW, the Vice President of Hong Kong Institute of Patent Practitioners and Hong Kong Institute of Patent Attorneys. Dr. Law is a US-registered patent attorney and Hong Kong solicitor. He worked at Global 500 companies, such as 3M and Samsung Electronics, focusing on both research and development and intellectual property works. The seminar will cover practical advice on how to manage patent portfolios, commercialise and enforce patents, as well as how activities like patent-incentivised innovation, patent debates and patent pool empower the innovation ecosystem.
