Project Kick-off Seminar on “Assist Hong Kong Catering Industry to Provide Halal-friendly Dining Services to Enhance Competitiveness”
As Hong Kong continues to strengthen its connections with the Middle East and ASEAN markets, demand for Halal dining services is steadily increasing among Muslim visitors and local Muslim communities. Halal certification not only demonstrates compliance with dietary requirements, but also helps businesses enhance brand credibility, attract new customer segments and unlock growth opportunities.
To support the food, catering and hospitality sectors, this project will provide a series of professional workshops, a Halal-friendly Operations Guide for Hong Kong's catering industry, a dedicated project website and industry sharing activities to help businesses better understand certification requirements and operational practices.
We cordially invite you to join the kick-off seminar to learn about the certification pathways for Halal Restaurant, Halal Kitchen Restaurant and Halal-friendly Restaurant classifications, as well as emerging opportunities in the global, Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area Halal markets. The seminar will also feature networking and consultation sessions with experts to provide practical industry insights.
