AI Readiness in Workplace Survey

HKPC Academy (HKPCA), under HKPC, conducted the “AI Readiness in Workplace Survey 2025” in September 2025, which delves into the overall readiness, actual needs, challenges and future development opportunities of local enterprises in the application of artificial intelligence (AI) as AI becomes a core driver of industrial transformation in Hong Kong, in line with the Policy Address positioning AI as a key future industry.

Key Findings:

Nearly 90% of enterprises have integrated AI into dat-to-day work
24% of enterprises plan to fully integrate AI talent and cybersecurity within one year
Top 5 challenges include talent gap and cybersecurity

Through FutureSkills trainings, technical assistance and cross-industry collaboration, “AI with HKPC” seeks to empower organisations to successfully navigate their digital and AI transformation journeys.
