為持續提高申請流程上的用戶體驗，及緩解申請者及科技服務供應商在採購流程上所面對的痛點，採購平台 「TVP ePROQ」正式投入服務，讓申請者可以通過一個公開透明的平台獲取服務供應商報價，並一站式管理報價流程。生產力局將舉行網上介紹會，介紹科技券申請流程、如何使用採購系統進行電子招標、所需提交的文件及相關注意事項等，以加深申請者及科技服務供應商對相關流程和要求的理解。
