Dear Sir / Madam,

"Sustainable and
Energy-Efficient Systems
in MiMEP and MiC" Workshop

Facing global net-zero trends, modular construction alone is no longer sufficient to meet future challenges. Successfully delivering sustainable, energy-efficient building systems using Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and Multi-trade integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MiMEP) frameworks is now the key to ensuring project compliance and long-term value.

This workshop focuses on practical strategies for delivering sustainable, energy-efficient building systems within MiMEP and MiC frameworks, exploring how early design choices, system integration, and modularisation effectively reduce lifecycle energy consumption and support carbon reduction targets while enhancing maintainability. Led by senior engineering experts with extensive MiMEP and MiC project experience, the session will analyse relevant building standards, highlighting requirements, compliance pathways, and the wording of technical specifications for Fixed Electrical Installations. An interactive session will introduce the Autodesk Design Review workflow, helping you assess modular layouts, verify coordination, and document energy-focused design decisions.

Tailored for small engineering contractors, building services consultants, and property management firms, this event helps you elevate project sustainability while managing risk, cost, and time. Spaces are limited, register today!
