Organised by Modernized Chinese Medicine International Association and funded by "Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund", the "Increase local industry’s knowledge of health industry policies of the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and formulate strategies to integrate into the development of GBA health industry" project, implemented by HKPC, has successfully organised multiple activities. The industry has shown a better understanding of the specific requirements of the latest policies, such as "streamlining of registration of proprietary Chinese medicines (pCms)", "Measure of using HK registered drugs and medical devices used in HK public hospitals in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GBA", and "Macao's regulations on registration of Chinese and Western medicines". These events received enthusiastic responses, reflecting the strong industry demand for the development of the health industry in the GBA.
"The Future Trends and Experience Sharing Seminar of the GBA Health Industry" is the final event and will focus on exploring the future trends of the industry in the GBA. Experts from the health industry and Hong Kong will be invited to share their experiences, while project's achievements will be shared and further feedbacks from the industry will be collected.
